Here at NESC we are involved in supporting multiple Tier 1 companies with programme and project management capabilities across the whole lifecycle of their products and services. We are involved in their projects either as embedded Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) leading discrete work streams, as well as standalone work packages where we mobilise our teams of experts to deliver outputs in support of their strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and overall customer commitments.
