The master’s program provided me with the opportunity to connect with many companies based in the south west through careers fairs held at the university, one of those companies was NESC, where I spoke to a number of NESC employees. My interest in joining the company was sparked as I learnt more about the company, what particularly drew me in was safety engineering and the emerging focus on environmental practices.
