Currently placed as a Principal Nuclear Engineer supporting the delivery of submarine Nuclear Reactor Plant refit projects, Paul has over 35 years of experience in operating and maintaining reactor plants, management of manpower, nuclear training, production of technical documentation and safety case implementation.

Furthermore, with the civilian and submarine advanced nuclear engineering enterprises expanding, NESC’s business growth will match allowing further opportunities in this exciting and developing industry. NESC is also supporting Paul’s personal development opportunities within the local sailing community that he is heavily involved with.
