How did you find the transition from leaving the Armed Forces to joining NESC?
Leaving the armed forces can be highly stressful - yet can equally release exciting opportunities. For me, the NESC recruitment process significantly reduced the anxiety of leaving the RN and relocating my family from Scotland to Plymouth. A process that kept me updated with what to expect, ensured I was ready to start on a mutually agreed date, and always quickly and helpfully replied to any questions raised. When joining I was immediately welcomed into the friendly and ambitious NESC team. A team of knowledgeable and experienced ex-service personnel and graduates, consistently delivering results that fill everyone with justifiable pride. As a member of a rapidly expanding and successful team, I look forward to developing as a Principal Engineer and highly recommend that anyone coming to the end of their service careers should also reach out and discover the competitive rewards and exciting opportunities offered by NESC to employees and their families.
