Jim Harris

As the Nuclear Engineering Director, Jim is primarily focused on customer development and department growth as well as being jointly accountable for delivery to time, cost and quality of all NESC deliverables and projects. His background spans several decades of operations experience within the Royal Navy Nuclear Attack Submarine Fleet in both highly technical and supervisory roles. This, coupled with over a decade of industry experience in producing and delivering multi-disciplined, complex and diverse projects allows him the confidence and knowledge to support the direction of a company of highly talented, capable and driven engineers across a wide spectrum of challenges.

Jim's focus for the future is to fully align our companies’ goals to that of an exciting and developing industry that spans all areas of advanced engineering. He aims to better recognise and reward the brightest minds that we already have within our ranks and to incentivise the recruitment and retention of those we don’t.
