Succeeding the completion of training, I will be assigned to client projects, working with a team of experienced Safety Engineers. Evidenced by my seniors, the latter has proved to enhance and aid their development which I’m sure will replicate itself within my development. Transitioning from University to Full time employment is a substantial change but having been welcomed, supported and surrounded by likeminded individuals at NESC, this transition has been seamless.
