Holly Benfield

Holly is an Assurance Engineer working with, developing, and expanding NESCs internal assurance processes and management systems to achieve and maintain multiple ISO Standard Certifications, including ISO 9001:2015. Her current role sees her working for a number of clients to gather evidence of compliance against legislative requirements, and create a management plan for those compliance statements to ensure continued conformity.

Holly had a six year career as a Writer in the Royal Navy (RN) before joining NESC in 2023, notably working in London, Norway, and Germany. She enjoyed spending each winter competing for the RN Skeleton Bobsleigh Team in Germany and Austria, winning the Navy Championship and medalling at the Inter-service Championship. Now Holly enjoys travelling around Europe, camping in and around the South West, and stand-up paddle boarding when the weather permits!
