Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)
This month NESC proudly received the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
The ERS encourages employers to support UK defence and inspire others to do the same.
At NESC we are fortunate to employ many former armed forces personnel and take pride in the depth of experience they bring to the company.
NESC has started and will be continuing to work closely with both Plymouth City Council and Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to attract more service leavers to work with us in our ongoing mission to provide excellent engineering and safety services across industry.
We look forward to working towards our silver and gold awards in the future!
